I contacted the company and they were very nice and offered to replace or give me a discount on my next order.I went ahead and installed the ink cartridges (even tho one was 1/2 full). It is a nightmare to get the chip onto the new cartridge and when you do the printer does not recognize it. So you're able to pop them in and resume printing right away. I started to try this tactic and, while getting ink all over the place, I realized that it was not worth potentially damaging my printer to try it.After I returned the item, the vendor sent me a refund check, but I had to pay for ..."
