Includes 2 bottles of Ink Owl® premium formulation toner, a spout for easy pouring, easy-seal tape, and detailed, graphic instructions.
To refill this cartridge model, you'll need to pierce holes. To do so, it is highly recommended that you use a laser cartridge holemaking tool designed for this purpose. The use of any other tool, including a drill, is not recommended to avoid damaging sensitive internal components. You can then use the provided easy-seal tape to seal the holes. Our instructions will guide you step-by-step through the entire refill process and include pictures showing you exactly where holes need to be pierced.
Each bottle contains 85g of toner powder for a total of approximately 4000 pages at 5% page coverage.
The toner level on these printers is indicated by a chip present on the cartridge. Unless this chip is replaced, the "toner low" light will remain on, but the printer will print normally. However, it is possible to replace the chip if you wish (sold separately) to allow the ink level to work normally, but this is by no means required.
