"Product works okay but the chip does not register as an OEM version. This is standard for the company as I asked them if this was normal. No readout on how much ink is left because of the chip discrepancy. Also was a little stiff in inserting the cartridge. Color seems to work okay though just a slight bit off of Xerox cartridges. Not an issue if you are printing drafts, but I wouldn't use if ..."

"The cartridge fits though not a tight as the real thing. The problem was that it was not recognized by the printer. My printer has been updated to the latest firmware so I can't say whether it would work on other phaser 7500 printers with a different firmware revision but if you have the latest firmware this product won't be recognized and won't work at all. ..."
