[ 1.0 stars ] "I have had this machine for about 1 year now. I can print on standard (20-24lb) paper no problem, but as soon as I go over about 40-50lb Paper, gloss, matte, cardstock, photo, etc. It will leave a trail of ink "shreddings" that did not properly bond to the paper along the right side about 1" from the edge, and about 1" wide. She typically prints 100-600 sheets per month on a variety of paper thicknesses up to 80lb cover stock. The ink jets were just killing us on cost, going through several hundred dollars a month in ink. But the Canon MX420 handled thick paper with no issues and had good quality print ..." This has so many options it took a lot of trial and error to get all of my colors just right. It also printed too bright (looked washed out), luckily you can even adjust the brightness and contrast by 15% each, so I set bright to -15%.This prints true to color and the best color I^^^ ..."
