I just about need pliers to get it out. I probably will not be using the pen very much because it is so hard to fill. It should not have been advertised to work with a Pelikano pen. ..." I will suggest please do not sale anything if you are not sure that it will fit in. Besides, it is not an Pelikan product (which is okay, as long as it fits). This pump is very long so it may not fit your pen if it does not have a long barrel. I had to trim the end of the pump by cutting the turn-screw (the black part) by 3 mm.
