[ 5.0 stars ] "This is a true oil-based paint pen, not a marker. It is permanent and will work well on almost any surface except certain super slippery type of plastic (e.g. teflon). Being gold (and the glittery gold, not yellow), it is very visible (especially against black) and unique. The tips are thick enough that you can scribe meaty, thick lines and letters. New they are only about 1/3 full of paint and this results in us having to switch them out of the machine over and over causing higher labor rates. [ 5.0 stars ] "I've used about 40 of these markers so far in my business. I used to use the Sharpie silver/metallic ink markers (non-paint), the ones that look like normal black sharpie markers. Those work, but dry out quickly. When you first open one, the mark is bold - but after a small amount of use, the ink is faded and not as bold.
